Your Role:

• BIM Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide BIM standards and processes.
• Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute BIM projects seamlessly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to BIM best practices and quality standards.
• Model Coordination: Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and explore innovative solutions.
• Lead ICE cessions

Your Profile:

• Degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience in BIM management and coordination
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Solibri Office, ArchiCAD)
• Professional experience in project execution in Switzerland, passion for complex projects
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in German (Written and Oral)
