Freelance Coating Work Planner (ZZP)

We’re seeking a skilled Coating Work Planner freelancer to support offshore projects through efficient planning, coordination, and execution of coating/conservation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client assignments, define scope, and prepare clear work instructions.

• Conduct contract reviews, identifying risks/opportunities.

• Lead work meetings and ensure smooth communication between teams.

• Monitor project progress, adjust planning, and report deviations.

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics for timely execution.

Requirements:

• MBO/HBO-level experience in work planning (coating/conservation preferred).

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

• Available for on-site work in Den Helder.
