Your Role

As a Civil Works Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of our railway systems with civil infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing interfaces between the railway system and civil works.
• Ensuring that all railway system requirements are effectively communicated to the civil works team.
• Leading engineering activities for sub-projects to achieve technical requirements.
• Supporting technical clarification rounds with customers.
• Implementing internal technical design processes.
• Coordinating technical interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and managing changes.
• Leading an interdisciplinary team to deliver successful project results.
• Developing and implementing strategies for effective design interfaces.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A university degree in a technical field such as civil engineering, construction management, safety technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Experience or understanding of technical coordination of construction work in a project.
• Knowledge of interface management and design integration principles.
• Strong prioritisation, structuring, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
• A willingness to travel within Europe.
