About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Functional Consultant to join our clients growing team. You will play a critical role in the implementation, customization, and support of SAP solutions to meet business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into functional specifications and provide system solutions using SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP modules based on client or internal needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, etc.) for system integration and enhancements.
• Conduct user training and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting in one or more modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and business processes.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation and support projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have:

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations or implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Activate Methodology, or cloud-based SAP solutions.
