What Awaits You
In this role, you’ll:

Lead and deliver dynamic HR IT consulting projects focused on SAP SuccessFactors
-
Manage (sub-)projects and guide clients through transformative HR processes

Design and implement innovative HR concepts based on client needs

Facilitate workshops and training sessions-virtually or on-site
-
Strengthen existing client relationships and support their ongoing development
-
Collaborate with the sales team on tailored technical proposals
Who We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
-
Holds a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Applied Psychology (AOP), or relevant HR/payroll/social insurance qualifications

Has several years of SAP SuccessFactors experience across at least two modules, including project or sub-project leadership
-
Is an agile, independent thinker who thrives on responsibility and self-direction
-
Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally in both German and English
-
Has strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with a problem-solving mindset
-
Enjoys working in a team-oriented, people-first environment
-
Is open to travel within German-speaking Switzerland for client engagements
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
