Role: SAP HCM Payroll Business Analyst

Location: Remote, North Germany is HQ

When: ASAP

Length: 6 month rolling contract, likely a 3+ Year assignment due to roadmap

About

  • This global end customer require a functional SAP PA Business Analyst who is able to translate requirements to deliver to the technical team, customise and configure the SAP Payroll system, face off with stakeholders and drive the streamlining of their HCM Platform.

Essential skills

  • SAP HCM Payroll: 2-3 years of experience within a functional role for PA – very strong functional Knowledge
  • German: German speaking with understanding of German payroll
  • Ability to customise and configure the platform
  • Strong experience in BA type function (Translating requirements, requirement gathering, stakeholder face-off)
