Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

Our critical infrastructure - our industrial control systems (ICS) - needs a top-tier OT cybersecurity consultant to join the fight against ever-evolving threats. Can you be the one to design, implement, and manage robust defenses that keep our operations humming?

Key Responsibilities

⭐ Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and security audits of OT systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies. ️‍♂️

⭐ Design and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks for OT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS), ensuring compliance with industry standards. ️

⭐ Lead incident response activities, investigating, containing, and eradicating cyber threats, and facilitating the swift recovery of OT operations.

⭐ Develop and deliver training programs to raise OT security awareness across all technical and non-technical staff.

⭐ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate cybersecurity measures into existing OT systems and processes.

⭐ Continuously monitor the evolving cybersecurity landscape, identifying emerging threats and recommending proactive security improvements.

⭐ Provide expert guidance and strategic advice to senior management on OT security best practices.

⭐ Mentor and coach junior cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. ‍

Qualifications

⚡ Bachelor's or master's degree in information security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

⚡ Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a demonstrated focus on OT/ICS environments.

⚡ Recognized cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, GICSP, CISM) are highly desirable.

⚡ In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443) and OT security regulations.

⚡ Proven track record of successfully managing OT cybersecurity projects from inception to completion.

⚡ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex OT systems and pinpoint security risks.

⚡ Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in stakeholder management and team development.
