We are seeking a skilled Air Compressor Technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining and repairing air compression systems for a variety of industrial applications.

Job Summary:
The Air Compressor Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air compressor systems, ensuring their optimal functionality and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on air compressor systems, including rotary screw, reciprocating, and centrifugal compressors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Replace, repair, or adjust components such as motors, filters, belts, and valves.
• Test system performance using diagnostic tools and interpret results to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports for all work performed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of air compressor systems, including rotary screw and reciprocating compressors.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems, controls, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, or hot conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
