About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to play a pivotal role in an SAP S/4HANA implementation project for a leading organization operating across BeNeLux and France. This position is ideal for contractors or freelancers passionate about delivering impactful solutions in dynamic environments.

As part of a talented global project team, you will leverage your expertise in SAP FICO to configure, optimize, and integrate financial and controlling processes within S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes and map them to S/4HANA capabilities.
• Configuration: Configure SAP FICO modules (FI: GL, AP, AR, AA; CO: CCA, PCA, CO-PA) to align with business needs.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
• Data Migration: Support data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities for financial and controlling data.
• Testing: Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests to validate configurations.
• Compliance: Implement solutions aligned with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements in BeNeLux and France.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Provide expert support during the stabilization phase to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• SAP Expertise:

  • 7+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations (preferably including S/4HANA).
  • Proficient in FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, CO-PA).
  • Strong understanding of S/4HANA innovations, including Universal Journal, Central Finance, and real-time reporting.
