The client is a builder of luxury housing in the South of the Netherlands. They are seeking a Maintenance technician, to assist with technical installations and repairs on residential properties.

The position is focussed on visiting clients as, and to carry out maintenance as agreed. There will be customer engagement to ensure satisfaction, and the requirement to devise suitable solutions to problems are achieved.

This role requires:

• Fluent Dutch language.
• Previous work within maintenance, construction or similar.
• Located in, or near Eindhoven.
• Electro-Mechanical skills.
