I began my recruitment career in 1997 with one of the UK’s fastest-growing STEM Recruitment organisations. I founded Darwin Recruitment in 2001 and have since steered the organisation through 23+ years of consecutive growth and international expansion. I’m experienced in defining, structuring, and rolling out the strategy of Technology Recruitment businesses.

Today, Darwin is a multi-awarding winning recruitment business with offices in the UK, Amsterdam, Berlin, Baltimore, Munich, and Zurich and a targeted focus on STEM capability. I believe that I understand the challenges that our clients face as a result of the ever-changing demands that business is placing on STEM. As a result, I’ve built an organisation that delivers the quality staffing solutions that our clients need to achieve ongoing success. My extensive industry knowledge allows me to mentor the consultants that form a global team of highly skilled and focused STEM recruitment specialists.

Amongst my experiences are having a representative committee of APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies), a leading industry body established to encourage best practices throughout recruitment agencies’ candidate sourcing and selection process as well as now acting as the Chairman of Evoura, Technology Consulting Solutions.
