I am the Customer Success Manager at Darwin; my role involves liaising with Clients and Candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process for both parties. I manage the UK and USA Staffing Operations, supporting our Contractors, Consultants and Employed Workers with timesheets, invoicing and payments. Other duties include the preparation of contracts, KYC (Know your customer) document validation, and invoicing of permanent placements.
