At Darwin Recruitment I oversee our teams across the Scandinavian software and automation markets, as well as overseeing our initiative within Semiconductor and Life Sciences across the Netherlands. My team provides a tailored service to our clients, truly understanding the requirements and the best solution to our customers’ problems. We work with clients of all sizes, from start-ups to some of the most well-known global brands. No matter the size, we deliver a personalized service and the highest quality candidates. Across my division, we recruit for permanent, freelance, and employed labor leasing solutions, depending on the needs of our clients. These are typically skilled candidates from both the local areas and further afield throughout Europe. As well as managing these units, I am directly responsible for connecting experts across Industrial automation, Process Engineering and Control engineering across the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
