👋 Hi, I’m Brad – and I’ve proudly been with Darwin Recruitment for over a decade. Believe it or not, this has been my one and only role since leaving university – and what a journey it’s been!
Starting out as a hands-on consultant, I spent years supporting some of Scandinavia’s most innovative companies, helping them secure top-tier engineering talent across permanent and contract roles.
Today, I lead Darwin’s Industrial, Civil Engineering & Life Sciences sectors across Europe, partnering with market leaders, ambitious startups, and specialist SMEs to connect them with the talent that drives their projects forward.
