We are partnering with a leading international manufacturer of industrial machinery to recruit a Service Technician for their sheet metal working machine service team in Belgium.

The company has a long-standing reputation for engineering excellence and innovation in metalworking solutions. Their product range includes advanced machinery such as lathes, milling machines, press brakes, hydraulic presses, and laser cutting systems. With a strong international presence and multiple production and service locations worldwide, they continue to invest in new technologies, automation, and in-house software development.

The Role

After a comprehensive training program at the factory and on-site with experienced colleagues, you will:

• Install and commission new machines at customer sites
• Provide operator training on both machine control systems and CAM software
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions
• Perform maintenance and ensure machines are operating at optimal performance
• Work independently as well as collaborate with experienced service and support teams

This is a technically diverse role offering exposure to the latest developments in industrial automation and manufacturing technology.

Travel

• Daily travel within Belgium and Luxembourg
• Occasional overnight stays in France

Your Profile

• Experienced technician within the industrial machinery or metalworking industry
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English; basic French is an advantage
• Willing to travel frequently within the region
