The client are a dynamic scale up, situated just outside of Amsterdam and are looking to recruit into their leadership team, and provide a unique platform to grow within a fast-paced but flexible environment.
The business are seeking a technical leader who will be responsible for:
- R&D and new product introduction
- Ensuring manufacturing and supplier quality
- Risk management
- Train/Mentor/Coach junior colleagues
The successful applicant will be/have:
- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Mechanical/Quality engineering
- Knowledge of lighting control protocols – Bluetooth / Zigbee / KNX / DALI
- Horticultural background – Preferred not essential
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Hands on experience with engineering tools – FMEA / HALT / MTBF
