SAP HCM Consultant – Munich

We are currently supporting al client in their search for SAP HCM Consultants in Munich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy during a critical period of transformation, as they support clients through SAP S/4HANA migrations and SuccessFactors integrations.

Location: Munich, Germany
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
Travel Requirement: Up to 75% (Desirable)
Languages: Fluent German and English required

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP HCM projects in various technical and strategic roles

• Develop migration paths from existing SAP ERP HCM systems to future-proof architectures

• Design integration scenarios for systems and HR processes

• Create concepts for the digitalisation and automation of HR processes

• Conduct assessments of ongoing projects and take ownership of key deliverables

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience in HR/IT projects

• Strong SAP HCM knowledge, ideally in the areas of personnel administration, organisational management, and/or Employee Central

• In-depth understanding of HR processes, data flows, and technical interfaces

• Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to innovation

• Strong communication and presentation skills
