Interim Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking an Interim Digital Marketing Manager to join our leading eCommerce client during a pivotal business transformation. This role is part of a company-wide preparation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a seamless digital marketing journey for users, focusing on ROI and measurable results.
- Apply ROI-driven methods to unlock growth potential and deliver value across marketing initiatives.
- Leverage data to generate actionable insights and create personalized, user-centric campaigns.
- Lead a team of digital marketers, CRM professionals, and onsite experts
- Partner with MarTech and Analytics teams to optimise data and technology capabilities for maximum impact.
- Oversee a €1M+ budget with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Experience Required
- Proven ability to use data to drive insights and create user-focused marketing campaigns.
- Strong ROI and analytical skills to measure, refine, and optimise marketing performance.
- Leadership experience in senior-level positions, managing high-performing teams, and driving initiatives independently.
- Experience working with MarTech platforms and Marketing Analytics tools
