Their Electrical Energy Directorate operates hydraulic and thermal power plants, develops renewable energy facilities, and ensures reliable electricity supply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects to rehabilitate hydropower plants, focusing on areas like bedload management, hydropeaking control, and fish migration.
• Oversee the planning and management of projects for the maintenance and renovation of building infrastructure and measuring equipment.
• Plan and manage the monitoring process of dams, ensuring compliance with federal energy regulations.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects for the renewal and expansion of hydropower plants.

Required Qualifications:

• Civil engineering degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil engineer in a planning office or similar role
• Strong understanding of hydropower plants and hydrology; knowledge of geomatics and environmental sciences is a plus
• Proven experience in managing construction projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in French language, German is a plus
