Senior Automation Engineer (DeltaV Expertise & German Fluency Required)

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining our automation systems, with a focus on DeltaV technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead DeltaV projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement control strategies and logic for process automation.
• Configure and troubleshoot DeltaV hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of automation documentation.
• Stay current on the latest DeltaV technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Proven expertise in DeltaV DCS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and project management.
• Strong understanding of process control fundamentals (PID loops, control strategies, etc.).
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German is mandatory.
