Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM Technical Consultant to support the implementation and customization of ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. You will play a key role in delivering robust risk, compliance, and audit workflows for our clients, leveraging your technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform and deep understanding of GRC/IRM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM modules including:
  • Policy and Compliance Management
  • Risk Management
  • Audit Management
  • Vendor Risk Management
  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Customize and extend IRM applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities (Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.)
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Build and maintain dashboards, risk indicators (KRIs), and automated workflows
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Collaborate with technical teams, process owners, and compliance teams to deliver scalable risk solutions
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation enhancements
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM or GRC implementations
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and configuration
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX, etc.)
• Understanding of risk and control frameworks and business processes
• Ability to translate compliance and risk needs into technical solutions
• Fluent in English (German a strong plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC/IRM
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience with CSDM, CMDB, and integration with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., SecOps, ITSM)
• Previous consulting or partner-side experience is a plus
• Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries (finance, pharma, energy, etc.)
