Our client is undergoing a pivotal transformation in its IT operations landscape. With a lean structure and high organizational visibility, the key challenge lies in aligning partially outsourced technical teams with fast-moving business demands. Success in this role depends on your ability to translate complex business needs into actionable IT outcomes while navigating a diverse stakeholder landscape-each with their own priorities and expectations.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3+ years of recent and relevant experience as a senior manager in IT Service Management, ideally with exposure to C-level executives
- Understands telecom operations or has experience in telecom environments
- Is well-versed in ITIL frameworks and tooling (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Has strong stakeholder and supplier management experience
- Can thrive in high-pressure environments and navigate political dynamics
- Possesses a strategic mindset with operational awareness
- Can drive change and continuous improvement across ITSM processes
Who is interested in:
- Leading a team of ITSM professionals
- Managing incident, problem, change, and configuration processes
- Aligning outsourced teams with internal business units
- Driving KPI performance and service excellence
- Acting as the business-facing representative of IT Operations
- Influencing tooling and process improvements (e.g., ServiceNow changes)
- Ensuring due diligence and technical oversight without hands-on execution
