Internal Recruiter:

Objective: To support the growth of the UK office (Billericay) as we look for recruitment consultants within our Tech and Engineering teams across UK/EU & US desks.

Core Tasks:

• Source new candidates, within budget, location and who fit the Darwin values
• Sell Darwin Recruitment’s opportunities in an authentic way
• Actively headhunt talent to join Darwin
• Map the local competition and build relationships with relevant talent
• Manage interview processes end to end
• Organise our internal recruitment processes and database
• Build the Darwin brand alongside our marketing team, With relevant regular Linkedin content.
• Be the face of our organisation to the market

Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years in a recruitment or 180 recruitment role
• Ability to sell opportunities and excite people to join Darwin
• Closing skills, ability to manage processes to a positive conclusion
• Embody Darwin Values (Passion, Integrity, Drive, Evolution, Responsibility, Accountability) and build our brand locally as an employer of choice.
• Able to work 5 days per week in our Billericay office (remote/WFH not an option)
• Energetic personality and people-person that embraces challenges, will do well in this role
