Senior Construction Manager – Infrastructure Projects (80-100%)

We are looking for new colleagues to join our interdisciplinary teams in Bern and Zurich. In this role, you will support projects from SIA Phase 41 onwards, acting as a key partner for clients and overall project management throughout implementation. Your expertise in project management and technical knowledge will be invaluable. Depending on your interests, we offer opportunities in infrastructure construction, from railway and civil engineering to plant construction.

Your responsibilities will include procurement, overall contract and cost management, ensuring quality standards are met, collaborating with specialist departments, and leading construction management teams. Your open personality and curiosity will help you thrive in a variety of projects.

Your Profile

• Training as a civil engineer, architect, construction manager, technician, or in a related field

• Ideally, several years of experience in construction management or as a senior construction manager in infrastructure projects, or a strong willingness to develop this expertise

• Independent working style with strong communication skills

• Excellent German language skills
