Job Title:
SAP Techno-Functional FICO Consultant
Location:
Remote (Europe-based) with occasional on-site visits
Rate:
€€€ Depending on experience
Contract Length:
12 months (possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions, working across both technical and functional domains

• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements

• Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and integrate with other SAP modules

• Develop and debug custom objects using ABAP in collaboration with technical teams

• Provide support during testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases

• Participate in S/4HANA transformation initiatives or migration projects

• Produce technical documentation, functional specs, and training materials

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with both technical and functional expertise

• Strong hands-on configuration in SAP FICO, including integrations with MM/SD

• Proficient in reading/debugging ABAP code (not necessarily development)

• Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment

• Fluent in English
