Learning and Development Manager – Freelance

Location: London or Paris (mainly remote)
Availability: 40 hours per week
Contract Duration: 8 months (+ potential extensions)
Start Date: March 2025

Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their remote team on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support training and upskilling needs for Data Science.
• Manage technical training (live, virtual, self-paced) across regions.
• Deliver impactful L&D content, including onboarding, skill assessments, and innovative formats.
• Support change initiatives and improve self-service offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to develop learning solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables in an evolving environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and LMS/survey tools.
• Communication & Analytical Abilities:
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Affinity for analytics and data businesses.
