Darwin are currently recruiting for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to support the evaluation and improvement of a new AI-based search engine.
The goal is to systematically analyze and label search results, identify problematic cases, and enhance the model’s performance.
Must Have Experience:

Experience in data annotation, search evaluation, or AI/ML training

Familiarity with search platforms or similar.

Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent labeling logic
-
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, labeling tools, and evaluation dashboards
-
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Rate: €€€ Competitive
Location: Remote
Languages: German (native), English is a bonus
Start Date: ASAP
