We’re hiring an experienced Air Compressor Technician to join a well-established, employee-first service team. If you’re skilled in maintaining rotary screw air compressors and want to be part of a company that truly values its field techs, this is the opportunity for you.

You’ll be supporting major manufacturing, industrial, and distribution facilities-providing expert field service, installation, and troubleshooting for compressed air systems.

Responsibilities:

• Service and repair rotary screw, piston, and oil-free air compressors

• Troubleshoot electrical systems, VFDs, pressure switches, and control panels

• Perform routine maintenance, emergency service, and complete installations

• Set up dryers, tanks, filters, and system piping

• Work independently at customer sites with a focus on safety and reliability

• Complete service reports and communicate clearly with customers

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience working with compressed air equipment

• Hands-on knowledge of brands like Kaeser, Ingersoll Rand, FS-Curtis, Atlas Copco, etc.

• Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in fast-paced industrial environments

• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
