About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to drive external revenue growth in Battery Energy Storage (BESS) and EPC projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to build and scale a growing sales team. The role reports directly to the General Managers in Germany and Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow external sales pipeline for BESS & EPC projects
• Manage and develop a team (currently 2 direct reports, team expected to grow to 20 by year-end)
• Be the primary point of contact for key clients
• Collaborate closely with the General Managers on strategic decisions
• Deliver against KPIs and revenue targets
• Wear multiple hats, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Represent the company externally at customer and industry meetings

Requirements:

• Native-level German, fluent English
• Significant experience in sales within renewable energy, ideally BESS and EPC
• Proven track record of managing and scaling teams
• Comfortable leading client relationships at a senior level
• Ability to travel regularly to customer sites in southern Germany and attend occasional office days
• Strategic mindset with strong operational execution
