I’m currently working with a leading berlin based brand, assisting as they ramp up their Instagram presence and drive engagement. If you’re confident both on-camera and behind the scenes and have a knack for creating compelling content, this could be your next project:

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit engaging, on-brand Instagram content
• Collaborate on creative concepts and campaigns
• Analyse performance metrics to refine strategy
• Engage with and grow the community beyond the brand’s own channel
• Track trends and find ways to incorporate the brand into the conversations

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in Instagram content creation and community management
• Strong understanding of trends, metrics, and organic growth strategies
• Creative thinker who takes strategic risks
• Independent yet collaborative, with excellent communication skills

Based in Berlin (mostly remote with on-site visits required)
Language: English Fluent
Hours per week: Up to 32 (flexible across the week)
Contract: 3-6 months
