I’m working with a well-established, family-owned pump repair company that’s been trusted in the industry since 1977. They’re looking for a skilled Pump Mechanic who can handle full teardowns and rebuilds of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete teardown and rebuilds of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.

• Inspect, measure, and document findings using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges.

• Ensure all repairs meet OEM specifications and quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members and take feedback constructively.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area within both teardown and assembly environments.

• Occasionally support field service work as needed.

• Additional exposure to Circulating, Submersible, Vertical Turbine, and Vacuum pumps

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with centrifugal pumps.

• Proven ability to tear down, rebuild, troubleshoot, repair and reassemble pumps independently.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Proficient with precision measuring tools.
