About the Technology Consulting Division

What You’ll Do

Our client is seeking experienced SAP Consultants to support organizations in their digital transformation journey. As part of this role, you will work on SAP S/4HANA business transformation programs, designing and implementing finance solutions to optimize operational efficiency. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, lead teams, and contribute to SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices to meet business and technology requirements.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initial analysis to deployment.
• Advise clients on finance and controlling (FI/CO) processes, optimizing SAP solutions for efficiency.
• Configure and customize SAP systems to ensure scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Support ERP/SAP transformation initiatives, including technical development, testing, and training.
• Provide expertise in business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Lead and mentor teams while managing key client relationships.
• Assist in business development efforts by contributing technical expertise to proposals.
• Drive innovation and SAP thought leadership through industry events and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in a STEM-related field with strong academic performance.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP ERP transformations or SAP business process consulting.
• Expertise in SAP FI/CO with hands-on configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA across finance, procurement, logistics, and HR.
• Experience in SAP industry solutions (e.g., IS-U, IS-H, IS-M) or specialized add-ons (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management).
• Familiarity with SAP analytics tools such as SAP BW/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for designing tailored SAP solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and French language skills are a plus.
