Experienced Recruitment Consultant – US Market

Location: Billericay, Essex

Hours: Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm

This role is for experienced recruitment consultants who want more control over their desk, access to higher-value markets, and a platform that rewards performance properly. The Role

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a specialist 360 desk within a high-growth US market.

You will be expected to:

• Build, develop, and scale a profitable US desk

• Win new business through high-volume and strategic sales activity

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with US-based clients and candidates

• Operate with autonomy while being supported by high-performing leadership and delivery teams

• Maximise US time zones through a 12pm-9pm working day

This role suits consultants who want earning power, autonomy, and progression – without micromanagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role

• Demonstrated success in new business development and billing

• Strong commercial awareness and sales discipline

• Confidence working US markets or ambition to move into them

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work five days per week from our Billericay office
