Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to support a key engagement within the financial sector. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable ITOM solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ITOM Discovery workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Advise on best practices for ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB data management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align business objectives with platform capabilities.
- Deliver documentation, governance recommendations, and roadmap guidance.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery projects.
- Strong business consulting background with an ability to bridge technical and strategic needs.
- Fluency in German, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Switzerland, with availability for occasional on-site visits.
- Previous experience in the financial sector is highly advantageous.
