My client is a leading railway construction company and is seeking a talented Project Manager or Construction Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional railway projects, from initial planning to successful completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design to construction and handover, for railway construction projects. This could involve station renovations, railway line extensions, or repairs to critical infrastructure.
• Lead and manage a team of specialists, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project documentation and reporting, keeping key stakeholders informed of progress.

Who You Are:

• Hold a completed apprenticeship or university degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or construction management.
• Possess demonstrable experience in railway construction, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent speaking in German
