SAP HCM Trainer – German Public Sector Projects

Location: Onsite in Saxony, Germany

Start Date: September 15th, 2025

An exciting opportunity has opened with a mid-sized, dynamic German consultancy working on long-term transformation programs with major public sector clients. We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Trainer to support a critical, multi-phase implementation project starting this September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-user and key-user training sessions for SAP HCM modules
• Develop training materials tailored to public sector needs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure knowledge transfer
• Provide hands-on support during go-live and post-implementation phases

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering SAP HCM training, preferably in public sector environments
• Deep understanding of SAP HCM processes and training strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Must be onsite in Saxony for the duration of the project
• Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential

Project Timeline:

• Phase 1: Full-time engagement from September 15, 2025 to December 2025
• Phase 2: Part-time (20%) from December 2025 to end of February 2026
