HR/IT Project Manager – SAP HXM
Location: Remote (with travel as needed)

Overview:
An established consultancy is seeking an experienced HR/IT Project Manager to support clients in planning and delivering complex HR/IT transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation and strategic HR management, providing both project leadership and content expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR/IT projects on the client side

• Develop project plans, milestone schedules, and communication structures

• Provide strategic and technical guidance throughout project lifecycle

• Ensure project success through quality assurance and stakeholder alignment

• Participate in steering committees and senior management meetings

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience managing HR/IT projects, ideally with SAP HXM

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Fluent in German; English proficiency desirable

• Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented

• Willingness to travel (approx. 75% desirable)
