We are currently seeking a Software (Automation) Engineer E&I to join our team.

Job Profile
As a Software/Automation Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing and developing PLC software for electrical control systems. You will test and commission this software both in-house and on-location. The role focuses on software commissioning, system expansion, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with the team but should also be able to work independently. The job includes technical documentation and project specifications, and you will report to the general manager.

Job Requirements

• Completed MBO training in electrical engineering or industrial automation (HBO work/thinking level preferred)
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the industrial or maritime sectors (advantageous)
• VCA-VOL certification or willingness to obtain it
• Familiarity with PLC systems such as Bachmann, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Excel, and Access
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical, stress-resistant, and skilled in problem-solving
