The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, identifying their needs, and delivering accurate, timely solutions. This role includes preparing proposals and quotations, supporting pre- and post-order processes, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with engineering, maintenance, and purchasing personnel.

• Review RFQs, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through prompt, professional communication.

• Maintain accurate customer information and provide internal technical support.

• Build product knowledge and maintain strong relationships with principals.

• Keep an organized work environment and model continuous improvement.

• Participate in occasional travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical or mechanical degree is a plus.

• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and mechanical aptitude.

• Must pass background checks and drug testing.
