Business Development Director – $200,000 – $220,000 + Comms – Maryland, USA

Darwin have an opportunity to partner with an innovative C-UAS technology start-up who are playing a key role in advancing Electronic Warfare systems for the US government.

You would head up their Business Development function, creating and executing a BD strategy to drive revenue growth; with a focus on winning more government contracts.

Experience of Interest

• 8+ years selling products/services to the US government.
• Proven track leading high-performance Sales/BD teams.
• Strong network of connections in the Defence sector.
• Understanding of high-tech solutions (C-UAS, radar, surveillance systems etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation style.
• Eligible for DoD clearence.
• Bachelor and/or Masters degree in a technical/related field.

Pay around €200,000 to €220,000 salary, some flexibility dependent on experience + comms.

Hybrid role with travel across USA. Based in Maryland.
