Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our development teams, fostering an agile mindset, and ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum methodologies. You will collaborate closely with two Senior Java Engineers, the project lead, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and overcome potential challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the development teams to remove impediments and ensure a smooth development process.
• Work closely with the project lead to align project goals with agile principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams across Europe to ensure alignment with user preferences and requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, guiding teams in complex software development projects.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, with the ability to tailor them to specific project needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus.
