SCRUM Master – 12 Month Contract – Switzerland – Home Office

Remote / Switzerland

We are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master to support agile teams within a leading Med Tech organisation in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.

General conditions:

• Start Date: Mid November
• End Date: December 31^st 2026
• Extension: Possible extension for a further 12 months
• Hourly Rate: To be discussed (depends on experience)
• Location: Remote (with the option to visit the Zurich team if preferred)
• Home Office: On average 1-2 days per week in the office is ideal

What You’ll Do:

• Enable teams to deliver value by guiding them in agile practices and principles
• Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments, foster self-organisation, and drive continuous improvement
• Champion agile mindset across teams and stakeholders
• Support a culture of transparency, feedback, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record as a SCRUM Master (certifications a plus)
• Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
• Fluency in German and English
