I am working with an IT competence centre focused on technology and innovation within the financial market. As they continue to grow rapidly, they are seeking experienced Fullstack and Backend Developers to join their team and make an impact in the Fintech industry. Their team includes some of Norway’s top tech experts in banking, insurance, and finance.

The Role:
Developers will take on a hybrid role, combining consulting and in-house projects, with the flexibility to choose which projects to work on. Their partnerships span across well-known companies both within and outside the financial sector.

What They’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with React, Node.js, or Vue.
• Ability to guide clients technically and strategically.
• Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
• Experience in banking, finance, or insurance is a bonus.
• Fluent Norwegian
