UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Solution Consultant

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions) Solution Consultant to join a leading consultancy team delivering workforce management solutions across North America.

Role Overview

As a Solution Consultant, you will guide clients of varying size and complexity through the successful launch of UKG Pro WFM. You will play a critical role in system configuration, best practice consulting, and ensuring smooth adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting on UKG WFM implementations, configurations, and best practices.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to analyze business needs and design optimal system configurations.

• Consult with clients to design, build, test, and deploy functional components.

• Create and deliver design documentation to communicate requirements effectively.

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.

• Assist clients in the transition to ongoing vendor support.

• Conduct consulting sessions (remote or on-site) and participate in client project meetings.

• Achieve and maintain required UKG certifications.

• Mentor junior consultants and share UKG expertise across the team.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) experience or UKG Workforce Central certification.

• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• End-to-end implementation across key UKG WFM modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Leave Manager, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, Activities, ACA, Attestation.

• Familiarity with UKG Paragon methodology and tools.

• Experience with full lifecycle implementations from discovery through testing and adoption.

• Strong documentation and requirements analysis skills.

• Prior exposure to ADP eTime / Workforce Management a plus.

Work & Travel Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% as needed.
