We are urgently seeking a Senior Engineer – Small Molecules to develop global design standards for small molecule API production. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Small Molecules Design Guidelines.

Collaborate with SMEs to integrate best practices into SOPs.

Provide technical expertise in facility design and execution.

Manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Engineering (Process, Pharmaceutical, Biochemical, or related).

Extensive experience in small molecule API production and project management.

Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

English and German skills preferred.

A motivational leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
