The Opportunity

Are you currently working as a 180 Recruitment Consultant with at least one year’s recruitment experience and ready to take the next step?

We’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop into successful 360 Recruitment Consultants. If you’re confident managing candidates but are ready to learn the business development side of recruitment, we’ll provide the training, support and environment to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of your transition into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, you’ll learn how to:

• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Develop new business through proactive sales activity.
• Source, engage and manage high-quality STEM professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer management.
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Become a recognised specialist within your chosen market.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a 180 recruitment role.
• Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition to progress into a full 360 recruitment position.
• A resilient, driven and commercially minded attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career.
