Our 4-Week Graduate Programme
We've designed a structured programme to give you the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience needed to begin your recruitment career.
Week 1 – Welcome to Darwin & Learning the Business
Meet the team and learn about our culture and values
Introduction to the recruitment industry and STEM markets
Understand how Darwin operates globally
Training on internal systems and recruitment tools
Candidate management and CRM training
End-to-end recruitment process overview
Week 2 – Shadowing Top Consultants
Work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
Observe client meetings and candidate interactions
Learn best practices from successful recruiters
Week 3 – Hands-On Recruitment
Source candidates for live vacancies
Conduct candidate screening and interviews
Build your own network with ongoing coaching and support
Week 4 – Graduate Assessment
Demonstrate everything you've learned
Receive feedback from leadership team
Successful graduates progress into a Recruitment Consultant role with continued development and career progression
