As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our offshore contracts team based in Umhlanga.

The Opportunity

Working closely with our Offshore Contracts Consultant based in our Billericay head office, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging highly skilled contract professionals for offshore projects across international markets.

This is a delivery-focused role where your primary responsibility will be sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with top contract talent. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients have access to the very best candidates within tight project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-quality contract professionals across the offshore market.
• Conduct proactive headhunting and targeted candidate searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and networking techniques.
• Carry out high-volume cold outreach to engage passive candidates.
• Screen and qualify candidates against client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Work collaboratively with the UK-based Offshore Contracts Consultant to deliver against client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the CRM.
• Keep up to date with offshore industry trends, skills, and market movements.
• Consistently meet agreed delivery KPIs and recruitment targets.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service.

Essential Experience

• Previous recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience in either:
  • 180 Recruitment / Delivery Recruitment, or
  • Full 360 Recruitment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong headhunting and candidate generation skills.
• Comfortable conducting cold outreach and building relationships with passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset.

Desirable

• Experience recruiting contract professionals.
• Experience within engineering, offshore, energy, renewables, marine, or technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting into international markets.
