The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your desk and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Developing and strengthening relationships with clients across the US Engineering or Technology markets
• Winning new business and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
• Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-calibre STEM professionals
• Providing clients with market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring advice
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
• Building a profitable desk and consistently growing your billings

We’re keen to speak with recruiters who have:

• 1-3 years’ experience operating in a 360 recruitment role
• A background in STEM recruitment, ideally Technology, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure or a related market
• A proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• A highly motivated, competitive and financially driven mindset
• The ambition to progress quickly and build a successful long-term career in recruitment
• Availability to work US market hours
