Your Role:

• Technical Expertise: Leverage your HVAC expertise to consult with partners and external engineering firms.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to stringent quality standards throughout all construction phases.
• Strategic Planning: Develop innovative concepts and project principles to maximize the value of our building technology systems.
• Hands-On Implementation: Plan and oversee smaller conversions within the HLKKS department.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the maintenance team to commission and document completed building technology systems.

Your Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in building services engineering or building technician HF.
• Proven Experience: Several years of planning and project management experience in large-scale building technology projects.
• In-Depth Knowledge: A deep understanding of heating, ventilation, and refrigeration technology.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
